Terms of Service

ILIKE NETWORK is a B2B digital asset marketplace and IT management agency. We develop, publish, and optimize commercial mobile applications for our clients to generate global ad revenue (via partners like Google AdMob, Meta, and AppLovin).

To utilize our Agency Services or purchase a Micro-App, you must be at least 18 years of age and complete our mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance process.

Any violation of the following rules will result in immediate account termination or suspension of services:

• Failing to pay agency maintenance invoices after receiving ad revenue payouts.
• Using the applications for illegal activities or deliberately violating Google Play or AdMob publisher policies.
• Using stolen funds, participating in money laundering, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks.

When you purchase a digital asset from ILIKE NETWORK, you acquire full commercial ownership of the application.

• Direct Payouts: Ad networks pay you directly. You maintain ultimate control over your Developer Console and Ad accounts.
• Agency Maintenance: ILIKE NETWORK charges a monthly service invoice (as agreed in your Agency Contract) for ongoing server hosting, API maintenance, and ad optimization. Failure to clear invoices may result in service suspension.

Digital advertising revenue is volatile and depends on market traffic and third-party advertiser budgets. ILIKE NETWORK guarantees the delivery and functionality of the software, but does not guarantee any fixed daily income or minimum return on ad monetization. We are not liable for:

• Platform Terminations: Unforeseen Google Play Console or Apple App Store account suspensions impacting our assets.
• Monetization Issues: Ad network (AdMob/Meta/Unity) policy changes, account limitations, or payment delays.

By utilizing the ILIKE NETWORK platform, you explicitly acknowledge and accept these inherent commercial digital advertising risks.

ILIKE NETWORK utilizes official WhatsApp channels and verified company emails for platform updates, policy changes, and news. For your security, our representatives will never ask for your account passwords, OTPs, or request un-invoiced payments directly via WhatsApp.
