B2B Agency Dispute Resolution
ILIKE NETWORK provides digital asset development and ad-monetization management. Due to the nature of digital goods and B2B IT services, our refund policy is strictly structured as follows:
1. App Purchases & Credits
Marketplace Credits are used to purchase digital assets (Micro-Apps) and pay for ongoing server maintenance.

Unused Marketplace Credits: Any funds sitting in your account as unused Marketplace Credits that have not yet been spent on app purchases can be refunded to your original payment method upon request, subject to standard gateway processing times.

Digital Asset Deliveries (No Refunds): Once a Micro-App or digital asset is purchased and the transfer process to your Google Play Console begins, the purchase is strictly non-refundable. Because the source code and digital intellectual property have been exchanged, we cannot reverse the transaction.
2. Agency Maintenance Invoices
ILIKE NETWORK operates on a post-revenue billing model. We issue invoices for server hosting and ad-optimization only after you receive your ad revenue directly from networks like Google and Meta. Since you are paying for services already rendered, these maintenance invoice payments are completely non-refundable.
3. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any issues—such as missing top-ups or incorrect invoice calculations—fairly and professionally.

Official Escalation: If your issue is not resolved, email contact@ilike.pk with your transaction IDs. Our senior compliance team reviews every case individually.
